In these terms and conditions, seller refers to the company operating the shop.

For all matters relating to the online shop, the seller is referred to by email. If you would like to speak to us on the phone, please leave a call request via email – we are currently unable to be on call.

SHOPPING

Products on sale can only be purchased via the online shop. Only orders placed and paid in full via the online shop will be processed. Delivery charges are determined by, among other things, the quantity and size of the products purchased – the final price of the order will be displayed before proceeding to the payment transaction.

The payment options are those offered by the payment processor Paytrail Plc. More about Paytrail in the ‘payment provider’ section.

When placing an order, the customer will be asked for contact and address details to which the order will be delivered. This information will only be used for any communication about the order and for the delivery of the order. For any other use, the customer’s permission will be requested separately.

SUBSCRIPTION STATUS

The seller sends (partly automated) information about the order to the customer by e-mail. When the order is marked as processed, it means that the order has left the seller’s warehouse for delivery to the Post Office. Typically, the customer receives a tracking number from the Postal Service system by e-mail.

DELIVERY TIME

Online orders are processed and dispatched weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, the processing of the order may be delayed until more stock is available. An active effort will be made to inform the customer about these so-called “after-delivery” products.

Orders are delivered using Posti OYj’s logistics services. The seller cannot be held responsible for a situation where a delivery is delayed or lost due to an error, congestion or other problem at the Post Office. As a general rule, the Seller sends all orders using delivery options that allow them to be tracked in the Posti OYO system.

If the customer has chosen the delivery method of letter post, the customer accepts that the delivery may take weeks due to the slowness of the Post Office. The seller will notify you by e-mail ‘order processed’ when the order has been packed and delivered to the Post Office.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the Customer has the right to exchange or return all or part of the order within 14 days of receipt of the order. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Returns are made through a payment service provider, whose terms and conditions can be found on their website. Returns will be subject to a €10 postage and handling fee.

If the product does not match your order or is defective, you must notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If the delivery is lost or damaged in transit, you must immediately complain to the carrier.

Products of the seller’s own production that are customized, with customized dimensions or otherwise with individual characteristics are not eligible for return. Exchange for another product will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment service provider and payment intermediary in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.
