Delivery methods

We’re an online shop, so we’re pretty much at the mercy of different logistics companies to get the goods to you. Of course, if you are in Hyvinkää, we can always try to arrange pickup directly from the warehouse.

However, let’s go through the delivery methods we offer and their pitfalls.

As a letter

Comes when the kusti stomps. No way to track where the shipment is going – so basically it can sit in the rolls of the Postal Logistics Centre for weeks before it gets to the delivery point. Trust us, this has happened.

Of course, letter mail is a cheaper alternative, but it has its risks. We can’t be held responsible for letters lost by the Post Office – When an order is marked as completed and you receive an email about it, it means it’s out of our hands – playfully put, put in the hands of the Lord.

In international orders, estimated delivery time for europe is over 2 weeks.

Postal parcel

A parcel costs a couple of euros more than a letter, but it’s also a lot of money for peace of mind. Postal parcels come with a tracking code that allows you to follow the parcel’s progress through logistics centres. It’s also more likely that the Post Office will be able to locate the parcel if it seems to be stuck somewhere for an unreasonably long time.

As a rule, parcels are delivered to the nearest parcel terminal. Once you have your IT system up and running, you can choose your preferred parcel terminal directly from the shop at the time of delivery. For now, we’ll put you where the Post Office suggests based on the address you provide.
