A reflector badge that attaches to a fluffy velcro is a great solution for that, if you don’t want to hang those 80’s bank advertising reflectors on your jacket or backpack.
Note! Obs! Attention! These reportedly do not meet the EN 13356 standard for reflectors. Reflects more than an empty velcro slot though, so quite a good contraption.
