Atwood 550 Paracord

Paracord is a must-have for every hiker. With a good paracord you can fix everything that even duct tape can’t – you can’t get as good shoelaces from duct tape as you can from paracord.

The uses are indeed endless. It can be used to replace broken cords in a shelter, to pull a fin out of a tree to remove the teeth of wild animals, to make a clothesline, shoelaces, and a means of carrying trees and twigs. Paracord resists UV radiation well and won’t fray, the breaking strength of these 7-strand 4mm cords is measured at 249kg.
